You will also be able to talk to a knowledgeable sales executive or a specialist legislative or technical person. Once we get an idea of your products and how you are using them, we will be able to tell you which modules you require to get the job done. We can then usually give you a ball park figure of how much the system will cost. |

See the software firsthandA trained member of the Lycos team will come on site with a laptop and run through how the software works. He will answer any questions you have about how it can fulfil the requirements of your staff with your products. Please note that we are also able to provide a web demo of the system - we simply send you a link and you will have a complete demonstration viewable on your own screen whilst talking to our representative. Once you have decided which modules you'll be using, our sales staff will send out a full quotation. |

Arrange an installation dateLycos provide full installation of the software plus a full day's training on site as part of the package. By the end of the day you will feel confident about how to use the system. Even after that, we maintain an office hours helpdesk which you are entitled to ring whenever you have questions regarding the legislation and how to use the software. |
